Pistachio-grand Marnier Cake

Total Time: 45 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup grand marnier
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 oil 12 cup bundt pan.
  • 3 combine all cake ingredients in large bowl.
  • 4 beat (with mixer) for 3 minutes.
  • 5 spoon into pan.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
  • 7 cool 15 minutes!
  • 8 remove from pan.
  • 9 cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
