Lemon Delight

Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding
- cool whip, for top
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, pecans, sugar and margarine and press into a 9x12x2 inch baking dish.
- 2 bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 3 while crust cools, mix sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of cool whip.
- 4 spread over cooled crust.
- 5 beat pudding as directed on package and spread over cream cheese mixture.
- 6 spread cool whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle with some chopped pecans for garnish, if desired.
- 7 refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- 8 cut into squares to serve.
