Lemon Delight

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding
  • cool whip, for top

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, pecans, sugar and margarine and press into a 9x12x2 inch baking dish.
  • 2 bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 3 while crust cools, mix sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of cool whip.
  • 4 spread over cooled crust.
  • 5 beat pudding as directed on package and spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • 6 spread cool whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle with some chopped pecans for garnish, if desired.
  • 7 refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • 8 cut into squares to serve.
