Light Creme Caramel- Flan

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/3 cups nonfat milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f combine sugar and water in a saucepan. bring to a boil, and cook without stirring until golden. pour into 6 ramekins.
- 2 whisk eggs, vanilla, sugar and lukewarm milk in a bowl. pour mixture into ramekins.
- 3 put ramekins in a roasting pan and add enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins. bake for about 40-50 minutes.
- 4 cool and chill in refrigerator for about 8 hours.
- 5 turn out onto individual plates to serve.
