- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup rice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- vanilla (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
- 1 wash rice and put into glass baking dish with milk and sugar (add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg if desired) bake at least 2 hours at 250-300.
- 2 stir two or three times during cooking.
- 3 serve hot from oven, or eat the leftovers.
