Creamy Corn Pudding

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter.
  • 2 beat the egg and then add to butter.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 mix well and pour into an 8 or 9 inch lightly-greased casserole dish.
  • 5 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
