Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 quart milk
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 in the top of a double boiler, stir together flour, sugar and cocoa.
• 2 gradually whisk in milk.
• 3 cook until hot.
• 4 beat egg and tempure it by adding a cup of the hot milk mixture into it.
• 5 add egg mixture into the pudding.
• 6 cook until thick.
• 7 add in vanilla and butter.
• 8 this is good served either warm or cold.
