Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup biscuit mix
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons cocoa
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1/2 cup boiling water

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar and cocoa.
• 2 stir in milk and vanilla.
• 3 spoon into 2 greased 8 or 10 oz custard cups.
• 4 combine brown sugar and cocoa for topping in a bowl. stir in boiling water.
• 5 pour over batter.
• 6 bake 350f 25 mins.
• 7 top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
