- 16 ounces 2% fage greek yogurt (1 carton)
- splenda sugar substitute, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar free instant lemon pudding (1/4 package)
- 1/4 cup handful fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter toffee flavor almonds
Recipe
- 1 mix together yogurt, splenda and pudding.
- 2 top each serving with bluberries and almonds.
