Mel Callihan's Brownie Parfait

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) box brownie mix (fudge with nuts works best)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups milk
• 1 (12 ounce) box of instant chocolate pudding
• 1 pint fresh strawberries
• 1 (10 ounce) container cool whip
• 3 hershey chocolate kisses

Recipe

• 1 bake brownies following the directions on the box, cool and then break into pieces.
• 2 mix pudding according to the directions on the box.
• 3 slice strawberries.
• 4 layer in dessert or parfait glasses as follows:.
• 5 1- brownie.
• 6 2- chocolate pudding.
• 7 3- sliced strawberries.
• 8 *repeat until glass is almost full.
• 9 top with cool whip.
• 10 garnish with strawberry slices and chocolate shavings.
• 11 note: i used hershey kisses and a cheese grater to make my chocolate shavings!
• 12 *also can use fat-free or reduced fat ingredients.
• 13 i did and it was wonderful!
