Mango Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mangoes, in light syrup, drained
  • 10 1/2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • lime slice (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor blend the mangoes, the milk, and the lime juice for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth. divide the pudding among 4 wine glasses or dessert glasses and chill it for at least 2 hours or overnight (in a pinch you can eat it right away). garnish the pudding with the lime slices.
