Mango Mousse

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 500 g mangoes, drained and sliced
  • fresh mango, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 keep some mango slices for decoration, puree the rest. add lemon juice and sugar.
  • 2 sprinkle gelatin over hot water, add to mango puree. fold cream into mango puree.
  • 3 spoon into small bowls, refrigerate until set.
  • 4 decorate with mango slices.
