Jiffy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups milk
- 1 (3 ounce) package of jello vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
- 2 add rice and raisins.
- 3 stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
- 4 cool 5 minutes.
- 5 pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.
- 6 sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- 7 serve warm.
- 8 (for chilled pudding, place plastic wrap over the surface of the hot pudding and refrigerate for 1 hour. stir before serving).
