- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan combine the custard powder, sugar, milk and water.
- 2 place over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
- 3 serve warm or cool over mincemeat streusel bread pudding.
- 4 enjoy!
