Ingredients

- 2 cups barley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 10 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups chopped dried fruit (whatever you feel like, some ideas are apples, apricots, prunes)
- 1/3-2/3 cup honey, depending on the sweetness desired
Recipe
- 1 place ingredients in crock pot.
- 2 turn crock pot to low and cook overnight.
