Grandma's No-roll-crust Chocolate Pie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pudding mix, made according to package directions (chocolate or your choice)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 pour the oil and milk into the flour, sugar, and salt.
  • 2 blend the mixture.
  • 3 press into the pie pan with your fingers.
  • 4 make a design with a fork if wanted.
  • 5 bake 15 minutes at 375°f.
  • 6 cool and fill with pudding and frost with cool whip.
