Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk, hot
- sherry wine
Recipe
- 1 beat yolks slightly, add sugar; pour hot milk over the mixture, stirring constantly.
- 2 cook in a double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
- 3 remove at once from heat and flavor with sherry wine to taste.
