Eggnog Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust or 1 shortbread pie crust
• 1 box of vanilla cook & serve pudding
• 2 cups eggnog, your choice of flavor (i use hood cinnamon eggnog)
• 1/2 stick cream cheese, softened
• 1 dash cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 prepare the pudding as directed, sustituting the milk with eggnog.
• 2 blend the pudding with the softened cream cheese
• 3 pour into crust
• 4 refrigerate until set.
• 5 sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon.
