Mocha Creams

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml cream
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup scorched almonds
Recipe
- 1 stir chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in a small saucepan over low heat unil smooth.
- 2 divide among 4 serving glasses.
- 3 swirl around to coat the sides.
- 4 refrigerate.
- 5 mix coffee with warm water until dissolved.
- 6 cool.
- 7 beat cream til soft peaks form.
- 8 beat egg while til soft peaks form adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until sugar is dissolved.
- 9 fold in nuts.
- 10 divide cream mix among the 4 glasses.
- 11 top with remaining nuts.
