Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 4 tablespoons splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- whipped cream, berries, etc
Recipe
- 1 whisk milk, splenda, cocoa powder and extract until smooth. stir in chia seeds. divide evenly between 4 dishes. let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
