Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 liter cool whip
- 2 (113 g) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 mix first layer and press into 9 x 13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2 combine ingredients for second layer and spread on first layer.
- 3 mix pudding and milk; spread over second layer.
- 4 spread remaining cool whip over third layer.
- 5 sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- 6 place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
