Pistachio Squares

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 2/3 cup icing sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1/2 liter cool whip
• 2 (113 g) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
• 2 1/2 cups milk

Recipe

• 1 mix first layer and press into 9 x 13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
• 2 combine ingredients for second layer and spread on first layer.
• 3 mix pudding and milk; spread over second layer.
• 4 spread remaining cool whip over third layer.
• 5 sprinkle with chopped nuts.
• 6 place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
