Pistachio-poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

• 18 ounces yellow cake mix (standard size)
• 3 1/2 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
• 1/4 cup poppy seed
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup hot water

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into greased loaf pan.
• 3 bake about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
