Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe

- 2 combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nuts together and set aside.

- 4 mix the cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, food coloring, and almond together.
- 5 beat at medium speed for 2 minutes; scrape and beat another minute.
- 6 grease and flour a 10" tube pan.
- 7 pour 1/3 of the batter in the pan.
- 8 sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar mixture and then put another layer of batter, and another layer of sugar.
- 9 top with batter.
- 10 bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or till done.
