Ingredients
- 4 mangoes (if they are small you may want 6)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice the mangoes.
- 2 cover with water in a saucepan and cook until soft.
- 3 puree cooked mango pieces to a thin pulp.
- 4 put pulp in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 5 combine cream and sugar and whip until light.
- 6 fold in mango puree and chill before serving.
- 7 garnish!
