Mandarin Orange Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, with juice
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) container cool whip
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 mix first four ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer for about 2 minutes. pour into 11 x 13 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with pam. bake in preheated oven 32-35 minutes, or until cake pulls away from sides and toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. let cool completely.
  • 3 for topping, mix cool whip, pudding mix and pineapple with juice with mixer till blended. spread on cooled cake.
  • 4 keep refrigerated.
