Cottage Cheese Pudding

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until almost smooth.
  • 2 pour into 6, 6oz-175ml custard cups.
  • 3 sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 4 place in a baking pan.
  • 5 pour hot water in pan to reach 1"-25mm up sides of custard cups.
  • 6 bake at 350â°f-180â°c for 35mins.
