Lemon Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 4 hrs 15 mins

  • in a medium bowl, combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix, and sour cream. mix well and spoon into graham cracker crust. chill before serving.
