Ingredients

- 60 g pearl tapioca
- 500 ml homogenized milk
- 60 g caster sugar
Recipe
- 1 soak tapioca in milk overnight.
- 2 place in microwave and cook on high (mine is a 1200watt) for 5 min., stirring well every 2 minute and when finished.
- 3 transfer to a saucepan and cook on med/low.
- 4 heat for approximately 5 min, stirring constantly.
- 5 until it thickens.
- 6 allow to stand for a few minutes and it will.
- 7 thicken even more.
- 8 enjoy!
