My Cousin's Butter Pecan Pound Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 mix all ingredients except for the morsels and nuts until smooth.
  • 3 stir in the morsels and pecans.
  • 4 bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 50-60 minutes or until cake tests done.
