Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 350 f.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 pour into a buttered 9-in. deep-dish pie or cake pan .
- 5 bake at for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 6 cool on a wire rack until room temperature
- 7 refrigerate until serving.
