Chocolate Pots With Irish Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon irish cream

Recipe

  • 1 break up the chocolate and place it in a food processor.
  • 2 over medium heat, heat cream to almost boiling.
  • 3 combine cream with chocolate and blend until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • 4 add the egg and irish cream liqueur and blend again until smooth.
  • 5 pour into six ramekins and chill for at least 24 hours.
  • 6 serve with.
