Mango Creme

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes (if they are small you may want 6)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice the mangoes.
  • 2 cover with water in a saucepan and cook until soft.
  • 3 puree cooked mango pieces to a thin pulp.
  • 4 put pulp in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 5 combine cream and sugar and whip until light.
  • 6 fold in mango puree and chill before serving.
  • 7 garnish!
