Lemon Curd Pots

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 1/2 ounces lemon curd
  • 3 1/2 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 1 ounce chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 divide the lemon curd between four small, freeze proof pots or ramekins.
  • 2 top with the cream.
  • 3 grate some chocolate over the top of each pot.
  • 4 place the pots in the freezer for an hour, until well chilled.
