Instant Pudding Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 beat butter, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until creamy, about 15 minutes.
• 2 halfway through beating that mixture, start making the instant pudding (using 1 cup of milk), and let set for 5 minutes.
• 3 combine the two mixtures and beat for 10 minutes until light & fluffy.
