Peachy Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 cups day-old bread cubes
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can comstock peach pie filling, divided
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spread bread cubes in greased 9 inch square baking pan.
- 3 whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract.
- 4 stir in 1 cup peach filling.
- 5 pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread with back of spoon.
- 6 bake 30-40 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- 7 heat remaining peach filling and spoon over warm pudding.
