I Love My Husband Chocolate Pie

Total Time: 5 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

• 1 pie shell
• 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jell-o chocolate pudding and pie filling
• 1 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate square, chopped
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream, stiffly whipped

Recipe

• 1 in large saucepan, combine condensed milk, water (measure, then use it to rise out milk can) and cook and serve- not instant! pudding mix.
• 2 mix well.
• 3 add chocolate.
• 4 over medium heat, cook and stir rapidly until chocolate melts and mixture thickens.
• 5 remove from heat, beat until smooth.
• 6 cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin forming. chill thoroughly!
• 7 stir again, and fold in whipped cream.
• 8 pour into cooked pastry shell, chill 4 hours until set. note: "cooking" time is really chilling time.
