Dutch Apple Pudding

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 medium cooking apples, pared, cored and diced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350°f butter a 9 inch pie pan.
  • 2 beat eggs and sugar together until light and frothy. add apples, flour, baking powder, salt and pecans. spread in the pan and bake at 350 f until brown and crusty, about 25 minutes. serve warm, but not hot, with whipped cream.
