Peanut Butter Pie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies (about 20 cookies)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • grated chocolate or cookie crumbs (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine crust ingredients:press into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • 2 bake@ 375 for 10 minutes.
  • 3 cool.
  • 4 in a mixing bowl beat cream cheese,peanut butter,butter, sugar,and vanilla until smooth.
  • 5 fold in whipped cream.
  • 6 gently spoon into the cool crust.
  • 7 garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs.
  • 8 refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • 9 serve.
  • 10 yummy.
  • 11 preparation time doesn't include refrigerater time.
