Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies (about 20 cookies)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- grated chocolate or cookie crumbs (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine crust ingredients:press into a 9 inch pie pan.
- 2 bake@ 375 for 10 minutes.
- 3 cool.
- 4 in a mixing bowl beat cream cheese,peanut butter,butter, sugar,and vanilla until smooth.
- 5 fold in whipped cream.
- 6 gently spoon into the cool crust.
- 7 garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs.
- 8 refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 9 serve.
- 10 yummy.
- 11 preparation time doesn't include refrigerater time.
