Homemade Ice Cream (makes 1 Gallon)

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 quart milk
• 5 2/3 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 (5 1/4 ounce) envelope dream whip

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs, sugar, and salt together.
• 2 add 1 quart of milk.
• 3 add pudding and dream whip mix.
• 4 beat all together until foamy.
• 5 put in freezer can and finish filling with milk.
• 6 stir well with paddles.
• 7 put in freezer and add ice and salt.
• 8 freeze until firm. about 25 or 30 minutes.
