Healthy Brown Rice Pudding

Total Time: 2 hrs 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 put 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice, salt, and boiling water into a greased baking dish with a lid, or cover with foil.
  • 2 bake at 375 for 1 hours.
