Ingredients

- 1 quart eggnog
- 2 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water in a microwave safe bowl, let stand until softened, 5 minutes.
- 2 heat in microwave for about 10 seconds, stir until completely dissolved.
- 3 meanwhile, whisk or beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. set aside.
- 4 place eggnog in a large bowl and add dissolved gelatin and vanilla. whisk until well combined.
- 5 whisk in 1/3 of the whipped cream into eggnog mixture. carefully fold in remaining cream.
- 6 divide mixture into serving cups and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
