Easy Baked Custard

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350 f.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
  • 4 pour into a buttered 9-in. deep-dish pie or cake pan .
  • 5 bake at for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 6 cool on a wire rack until room temperature
  • 7 refrigerate until serving.
