Ingredients

- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 beat the egg and then add to butter.
- 3 add remaining ingredients.
- 4 mix well and pour into an 8 or 9 inch lightly-greased casserole dish.
- 5 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
