Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 beat together butter, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa. beat in eggs, then sugar, then sifted flour.
  • 3 pour into ungreased 8x8-inch baking pan. place pan inside a larger pan of water.
  • 4 bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
