- 1 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 beat together butter, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa. beat in eggs, then sugar, then sifted flour.
- 3 pour into ungreased 8x8-inch baking pan. place pan inside a larger pan of water.
- 4 bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
