Ingredients

- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, not drained
- 1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounces cool whip
- pecans, chopped
- cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix together the pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and cool whip. put in an oblong flat baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle with pecans and cheese.
- 3 serve chilled.
