Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 mangoes (2 mangoes pureed, 2 mangoes cubed)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 60 g knoxx unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (i use 1 c)
- 4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 puree 2 mangoes. add milk.
- 2 combine water, sugar and gelatin. bring to boil to dissolve.
- 3 combine well with the mango puree mixture.
- 4 add cubed mango.
- 5 pour in container, chill until set.
