Mandarin Pudding Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can mandarin oranges in juice (1 cup approx.)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first 6 ingredients together with mixer on low speed until completely mixed.
  • 2 pour into a well greased and floured 8x8 pan.
  • 3 bake at 325/f for approx.
  • 4 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • 5 remove from oven and set aside.
  • 6 mix together last three ingredients.
  • 7 pour this mixture over the cake and return to oven 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 8 serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whip cream!
