Ingredients

- 10 1/2 ounces lemon curd
- 3 1/2 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 1 ounce chocolate
Recipe
- 1 divide the lemon curd between four small, freeze proof pots or ramekins.
- 2 top with the cream.
- 3 grate some chocolate over the top of each pot.
- 4 place the pots in the freezer for an hour, until well chilled.
