Ingredients

- 8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
- 1 tablespoon sugar free pistachio pudding mix
- 2 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 place water in blender, add protein then remaining ingredients.
- 2 blend on low, then high until well blended.
